Are You Afraid of the Dark?

Do you want your eyes to be like this?? 
Our eyes are the most important organ in our body and thus, we should pay more attention to our eyes. If not, we  might end up losing our sight forever. As a student, we deal a lot with books and computers and we might suffer from tired and irritated eyes. So, today I will share some tips on how to maintain our perfect eyesight by simply following these simple steps. 



1. Every morning after waking up, close our eyes and simply sprinkle water on them for about 10 to 15 minutes. This is helpful as it will energize our eyes. But remember not to sprinkle on hot water to our eyes!


2. Do you know that constipation weakens our eyesight? Yes, another shocker, but it is proven to be true! So, from now on, make sure to eat a lot of fiber such as vegetables and fruits and drink lots of water in order to avoid constipation and thus, maintains our eyesight.  


3. Another way of maintaining our perfect eyesight is through PALMING. All we need to do is to rub our palms for about 35 seconds, close our eyes and place our warm palms onto our eyes. Constant eye palming helps to reduce eye strain and improves our vision.


4. Blink our eyes more often! Yes, it is the simplest way to maintain our eyesight. So, make sure to blink our eyes every 2-4 seconds. Blinking is the best natural treatment for our eyes as it nourishes and cleanses our eyes. Let's blink!


5. If we want to improve and maintain our eyesight, let's try on making COLESLAW-made from shredded cabbages and carrots. These two are best known as natural source of Vitamin A. Vitamin A is ESSENTIAL for good eyesight. So, let's eat them raw!


6. Exercise our eyes regularly! Yes, besides reduces eye strain, it helps to maintain our eyesight. All we have to do is:
a. Sit upright while facing forward
b. Without moving the head, move our eyeballs in upwards and downwards movement
c. Next, look left and right with our face continuing to face forward
d. Rotate our eyes in clockwise and anti clock-wise movements
e. Repeat the the exercise for several times.


7. Last but not least, we can try on this traditional way of maintaining our eyesight. Simply put one drop of honey on each eye once a week to our eyes. Yes, I bet that it may irritates our eyes, but it has the power to clean our eyes. Try on!
